Everyone’s skin type is different. I will explain how to use makeup tools based on different skin types.

1. Dry Skin, Prone to Peeling

If you’re dry skin, makeup sponges and cushion puffs are the best choices .

Before using a makeup sponge or puff, make sure to wet it! Submerge the entire blender in water, then squeeze out excess water with a tissue until no droplets remain. Once it becomes soft and moist, apply your makeup.

Dip your fingers into the liquid foundation and spread it across your face in broad strokes. Then, take a makeup sponge, using a pressing and patting motion, blend it from the center outward. Lightly press and blend around the under-eye area and the sides of your nose.

Please note: Do not directly dip the beauty blender into foundation.

2. Oily Skin

For those with excessive oil and quick makeup wear-off, choose vintage sponge puffs.

They can be used dry.

This imparts a matte finish, as the material absorbs some foundation and skin oils, ensuring a more secure and dry makeup effect.

Please note: Not recommended for dry skin or those aiming for a dewy complexion.

3. Problematic Skin

IIf you want the best concealer, for high coverage needs, opt for a foundation brush. This tool preserves the foundation’s coverage to the fullest extent.

Foundation brushes come in various shapes, generally classified into two types: tongue-shaped and round-headed. The latter is recommended as it produces a foundation with no noticeable brush marks and a more even finish.

Please noted: If your skin is on the drier side, be sure to apply makeup in a stippling motion.
